EMDR therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, research-supported therapy that helps people heal from painful or overwhelming experiences. Instead of diving deeply into the details of the past, EMDR focuses on helping your mind process memories in a way that feels safer, lighter, and more manageable.

During an EMDR session, I will guide you through recalling a difficult memory while using calming, rhythmic movements—often eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to support your brain’s natural healing process. Many people describe EMDR as a way of finally “untangling” what has felt stuck, allowing them to feel more at ease in their daily lives.

EMDR can help with trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, and many other challenges. Over time, clients often notice they feel more grounded, more present, and more connected to themselves.

If you’re looking for a compassionate, empowering approach to healing, EMDR offers a path toward relief, clarity, and emotional freedom.
