Confidentiality
Information shared during therapy is confidential, with exceptions required or permitted by law, including certain safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, and court orders. Confidentiality and its limitations will be discussed during the informed consent process.

Fees & Payment
Session fees and payment arrangements will be discussed before beginning treatment. Payment is generally due at the time of service. Private-pay clients may request a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as outlined in the informed consent and financial agreement.

Telehealth Services
Therapy sessions may be provided through a secure video platform. Clients must be physically located in a state where the therapist is legally authorized to practice at the time of their appointment. Clients are encouraged to attend sessions from a private, quiet location with a reliable internet connection.

Communication Policy
Email, text messages, and website inquiries are intended primarily for scheduling and administrative communication. These methods may not be fully secure and should not be used for emergencies or urgent clinical concerns. Response times may vary.

Emergency & Crisis Services
This practice does not provide emergency or 24-hour crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or call or text 988 for crisis support in the United States.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay clients generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. Additional information is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Professional Licensure
Therapy services are provided only in jurisdictions where the therapist is legally authorized to practice. Current licensure information and applicable professional disclosures are available upon request and provided as required.
